OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which are free from recognized hazards that are causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards: (a) Annex area: On or about November 06, 2013, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 50 feet to the ground below while using the hand powered manual man lift that was not guarded with standard railings. (b) Annex area: On or about November 06, 2013, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 50 feet to the ground below while using the hand powered manual man lift that had damaged floor boards.
