On or about November 6, 2013, at 1483 Josh Valley Lane, Lawrenceville, Georgia:  Two employees performing siding work were exposed to struck-by hazards from nails, metal shavings, and tools when they used hammers, metal cutters, and nail guns without using eye protection.
