29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Or, on roofs 50-feet or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: a) 33rd & North Market Street, Wilmington, DE - Employees were conducting roofing operations up to the edge on a low sloped roof 20' above ground level without conventional or alternative fall protection. Observed on or about November 13, 2013. The P&C Roofing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number314232646, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 3, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 9027 Torresdale Ave., Philadelphia, PA. The P&C Roofing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311805220, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/15/2008, with respect to a workplace located at 8th & Orange Street, Wilmington, DE.
