29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) Residence: On or about November 13, 2013, and at times prior, GreenPoint Roofing, LLC, as controlling employer, did not ensure that Samuel Vasquez Roofing employees were protected from jobsite hazards, in that GreenPoint Roofing, LLC, did not conduct a frequent and regular inspection of the jobsite, materials and equipment by a competent person. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
