29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) 1651 5th St., Harvey, LA; On or about 11/14/2013, the employer allowed an employee to caulk window seams from an aerial lift basket while not wearing fall protection. The employee was approximately 12 feet above the ground.
