OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that an employee was exposed to a fall hazard: a) 4936 Veterans Memorial Blvd, Metairie, LA; On or about June 24, 2015, an employee was working from a towable aerial lift trailer while not wearing fall protection. The employee was painting the exterior of a building. The employee was approximately 12 feet above the ground.
