29 CFR 1910.178(k)(3): Fixed jacks were not used to support a semitrailer and prevent upending during the loading or unloading when the trailer is not coupled to a tractor:  a.  490 West Ridge Parkway, McDonough, GA (Warehouse Area/Dock Area) - Employees were exposed to tractor tipping/nose diving hazard.  Employees are required to load and unload the 53' tractor trailer with pallets of storage material using a forklift.  The employer did not provided and/or make accessible the use of trailer jack stands to prevent tipping/nose diving when the trailer is not attached to the tractor, on or about 11/13/13.
