29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) In the shop area the eye was station provided was not suitable for quick drenching or flushing of eyes in that dust covers were not installed ( ANSI [Z]358.1) potentially creating an additional hazard of dust or dirt entering the eyes while flushing potentially corrosive materials. Abatement verification is required for this violation. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation(s).

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: (s) In the HVAC area behind the display the cover was not connected on a junction box providing power to the drain water cellunoid. The open box exposed employees to wiring inside. The wiring was exposed to insect and rodent damage. Corrected during inspection
