29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 15 Willow Street, Carteret, NJ 07008: Employees were observed removing vinyl siding from the east side of the house while standing on the roof at heights of 12 feet and 18 feet to the ground below with no fall protection in place, exposing them to fall hazards. Condition observed on or about November 15, 2013.
