29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Location: 105 Sasapequan Road, Fairfield, CT 06824 Each employee installing plywood sheathing over the first floor joists exposed to 9 foot fall hazards was not protected from falls by the use of guardrails, safety nets, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about September 18, 2017, an worker sustained serious bodily injuries after falling approximately 9 feet to the concrete basement floor while installing the plywood sheathing on the first floor joists.
