OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards:   a)  For the two employees working at 101 Shepard Avenue in Dundee (FL), on or about November 1, 2013.  The employees were working from a wooden pallet that had been elevated on the forks of a TCM LPG forklift (S/N A-12W00889, Model FCC25F9).  After being elevated approximately 8-feet to load product into the back of a tractor trailer, the pallet broke apart causing the employees to fall to the ground.
