29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a. For employees working for Pinworx Bowling International using color pigment mixtures for the manufacturing of signs and murals for the amusement industry, as noted on 12/11/2013. As indicated on the safety data sheets, dusts from the pigments are combustible as well as one of the pigments (A-19 Horizon Blue) can off-gas formalehyde at levels aove the OSHA Action Level (Ref: 29 CFR 1910.1048). The products may cause eye, skin and respiratory irritation for exposed employees.
