29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On November 20, 2013 employees were not protected from a fall while framing a single family residence, exposing employees to a fall between 16' 10" and 21' 6". Coyote Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 614218, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on October 02, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 20 Kovington Creek, Lake Zurich, IL 60047. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
