29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems or a personal fall arrest systems. At the job site, 515 E. Indianapolis Street, Wichita, Kansas, employees were removing the roof covering from a residential house, pitch was 8 in 12, without having a fall protection system in place. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet from eve to the ground.
