29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by elevation of 8 feet or more above the floor or other working surface. (a) On or about 11/19/13, at the A.D Oliver Middle School, located at 40 Allen Street, in Brockport, New York, energized electrical parts located at an exit and measuring 6 feet and 8 inches from floor level, were not protected against damage or accidental contact by workers using the doorway. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
