(l) In the Machine Shop, a Baldor Buffer had an unguarded nut on the end exposing employees to moving parts.

F479) had a work rest adjusted to approximately 5/8" opening exposing employees to struck-by hazards. (b) In the Machine Shop, a Daytona Grinder (Model: DG-80) had a work rest on the left side adjusted to approximately 1/2" opening exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
