29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of Cobalt listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 0.1 mg/m3:   (a)   The employee operating the HVOF spray application on or around March 20, 2015, in the back room was exposed to Cobalt dust or fume at an 8-hour time weighted average of 0.172 mg/m3, approximately 1.72 times the limit of 0.1 mg/m3.  This limit was established to prevent respiratory hypersensitivity and asthma.  Exposure calculations included a zero increment for the 130 minutes not sampled.   Racine Flame Spray, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 951569, citation number 1, item 3a and was affirmed as a final order on April 29, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1810 William Street, Racine, WI.
