29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were other provisions of paragraph (b) of this section used to provide an alternative fall protection measure: a) On or about November 15, 2013, Right Way Contracting, Inc. dba North West Roofing, as a controlling employer, did not ensure that Esquivel Enterprises LLC (subcontractor) and Ardon Installation Inc. (subcontractor) protected their employees from falls greater than 6 feet while performing roofing work without adequate fall protection measures in place. North West Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 312143456, Citation 1, Item 2, issued September 11, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at 21755 E. Smoky Hill Road, Aurora, CO 80015. This citation became final on September 24, 2009.
