29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about September 12, 2018, the controlling employer, Right Way Contracting, Inc. d/b/a North West Roofing did not ensure subcontracted employees (IC Construction, LLC) were protected from fall hazards of approximately 21 feet while engaged in residential re-roofing activities. Right Way Contracting, Inc. d/b/a North West Roofing was previously cited for a violation of Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 949766, Citation 1, Item 1, issued January 6, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 9721 W. Indore Dr., Littleton, CO 80128. This citation became final on January 29, 2014. The final abatement date for this citation was January 10, 2014.
