29 CFR 1926.704(a): Precast concrete wall units, structural framing and tilt-up wall panels were not adequately supported to prevent overturning and to prevent collapse until permanent connections were completed: On or about November 13, 2013, two walls (W-13 and W-14) collapsed on the west side of the parking garage because they were not properly supported to prevent them from overturning. The Solar Erectors U.S. Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.704(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 706018, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on April 30, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 3800 NW 115th Avenue, Doral, FL 33178.
