This violation was observed on or about November 26, 2013, in the production area on line #17, when taping a Steinel Heat Gun, Type 3426, 1500W in lieu of the using it as a hand held as listed with the Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory Canadian Standards Association (CSA) US .   Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that all electrical equipment is listed or labeled for its intended use and used and installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling.
