29 CFR 1910.101(b): The handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gas cylinders shall be in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in 1910.6    Well Bilt Industries, Inc. /Linden, NJ - Shop Area: Compressed gas in cylinders including but not limited to Argon and Acetylene were stored inside the building and were not chained. 29 CFR 1910.138(a): The employer did not select and require employee(s) to use appropriate hand protection when employees' hands were exposed to hazards such as those from skin absorption of harmful substances; severe cuts or lacerations; severe abrasion; punctures; chemical burns; thermal burns; and harmful temperature extremes.    Well Bilt Industries, Inc/Linden, NJ- Shop Area: The employer did not provide chemical resistant gloves which were appropriate for use to protect employees from hazardous chemicals which are used in the facility:  a) Goof Off (which contains Acetylene and Xylene),   b) Super Concentrate Degreaser (which contains petroleum distillate, sodium petroleum sulfate, ethoxylated nonyl phenol, and 2-butoxy ethanol).    Condition observed on or about November 26, 2013.
