29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:      a) Second Floor - Front left: Employees without any means of fall protection was engaged in framing activities from a scaffold, being exposed to a fall of approximately 20 feet, on or about 11/25/2013.       A & R Quality Construction Corp  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 571699, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/31/2013, with respect to a workplace located at: 9 Mercer Ave., Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632.
