29 CFR 1910.141(a)(4)(ii): Wastes were not removed as often as necessary to maintain the place of employment in a sanitary condition: On or about November 29, 2013, the employer at above addressed jobsite, did not ensure waste removal from employee restrooms was performed as often as necessary to prevent the excessive accumulation of soiled paper waste in the trash receptacles and on the floor of the restrooms.
