29 CFR 1910.141(a)(4)(ii): Wastes were not removed as often as necessary to maintain the place of employment in a sanitary condition: On or about February 19th 2014, the employer at above addressed jobsite, did not ensure waste removal from employees restroom was performed as often as necessary to prevent the excessive accumulation of soiled paper waste in the trash receptacles and on the floor of the restrooms and neither keep the restroom accesible to the employees. Green Bean Packer Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1910.141(a)(4)(ii)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 950257, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/12/14, with respect to a workplace located at 300 N Krome Ave,Bldg 1, Florida City, FL 33034.
