29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: Bindery: 1) The back side of the conveyor for the shrink wrap machine was not guarded. 2) The turn in section table of the Dexter Casemaker was not guarded. 3) The cam below the turn in section of the Dexter Casemaker was not guarded. 4) The reciprocating feed arm of the Kolbus Stamper was not guarded. 5) The mechanism pushing out the books of the trimmer of binder #4 was not adequately guarded. 6) The compactor was not adequately guarded. 7) The reciprocating plate at the Magnacraft Stacker of the Perfect Binder was not guarded. 8) The delivery mechanism at the trimmer of the Perfect Binder Line was not adequately guarded. 9) The rotating wheel of the flywheel of the slitter was not guarded.
