29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer shall establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided in this paragraph by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels. a) The employer did not provide an audiometric test for a machine operator exposed to noise levels at 83.16% of the permissible daily noise dose (8-hour time weighted average sound level of 85 decibels) or an equivalent sound level of 88.6 dBA during the sampling period on December 3, 2013. b) The employer did not provide an audiometric test for a machine operator exposed to noise levels at 75.89 % of the permissible daily noise dose (8-hour time weighted average sound level of 85 decibels) or an equivalent sound level of 88.0 dBA during the sampling period on December 3, 2013. c) The employer did not provide an audiometric test for a machine operator exposed to noise levels at 133.1% of the permissible daily noise dose (8-hour time weighted average sound level of 85 decibels) or an equivalent sound level of 92.0 dBA during the sampling period on December 3, 2013.
