29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were being placed in services after the examination showed condition(s) adversely affecting the safety of the vehicle: a) At Lumber Shed Pine Apple, Alabama: On or about January 20, 2016 and at times prior: the employer allowed his employees to operate a 300 Taylor Eagle powered industrial truck which did not have a working horn exposing employees to struck-by hazards. b) At Lumber Shed Pine Apple, Alabama: On or about January 20, 2016 and at times prior: the employer allowed his employees to operate a CAT DP 220 powered industrial truck which did not have a working horn exposing employees to struck-by hazards. c) At Lumber Shed Pine Apple, Alabama: On or about January 20, 2016 and at times prior: the employer allowed his employees to operate a TEB250 Taylor Eagle powered industrial truck which did not have a working horn exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
