29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.  a-Residential Exterior: An employee engaged in work from a ladder jack scaffold was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20ft to the ground as a guardrail system or other means of fall protection was not utilized. Condition noted on or about 11/26/2013.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where (a) portable ladder(s) was/were used for access to an upper level landing surface and the ladder length did not allow the ladder side rails to extend at least 3 feet (0.9 m) above the upper landing surface:    a-Residential Exterior: An employee accessing a ladder jack scaffold was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20ft as the ladder siderails did not extend 3ft above the upper landing surface. Condition noted or about 11/26/2013.    Podocarpus Construction Inc was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 315438796, Citation # 1, Item # 5, issued on  04/01/2011 with respect to a work place located at 415 66th Street, West New York, NJ 07093-4401 which became a final order on 05/10/2011.
