29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a- Residential Roof: Employees engaged in roofing activities on a 11 on 12 pitched roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25 ft. to the concrete below as a means of fall protection was not utilized. Condition noted on or about 06/14/2014. Podocarpus Construction LLC was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 314677931, Citation # 1, Item # 3, issued on 08/26/2011 with respect to a work place located at 22 E. Ruby Avenue, Palisades Park, NJ 07650 which became a final order on 09/23/2011.
