29 CFR 1926.62(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that at least the following Lead hazards were communicated to employee(s): reproductive/developmental toxicity; central nervous system effects; kidney effects; blood effects; and acute toxicity effects. (a) A range technician who was potentially exposed to lead while conducting target berm remediation work at Firing Range No. 8 had not been provided with the lead hazard information stipulated above. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
