29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employees did not always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and/or were climbing on the edge of the basket: (a) Building being erected at/about 1405 Grafton St Worcester,MA: On or about December 4, 2013, an employee was observed climbing onto the railings of an aerial lift to enter/exit his work location on the steel building frame at this location, which is not in accordance with this subpart: Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).

29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems or fall restraint systems: (a) Building being erected at/about 1405 Grafton St Worcester,MA: On or about December 4, 2013, an employee was observed working on the steel building frame at this location more than 16 Ft above the ground below without being protected from falling by any means, which is not in accordance with this subpart: Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
