29 CFR 1910.304(b)(3)(i): All 125-volt, single-phase, 15- and 20-ampere receptacles installed in wet locations were not equipped with ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection for personnel. a) LAUNDRY ROOM AREA: On or about December 5, 2013 the employer did not ensure that receptacle(s) were equipped with a GFCI where the potential of a water leak was feasible. These conditions exposed the employees to the hazards associated with electrical shock.

The top section of the panel was missing a cover. These conditions exposed the employees to the hazards associated with electrical shock.

LAUNDRY ROOM AREA: On or about December 5, 2013 the employer did not ensure that disconnect electrical box(s) were accessible in the event of an emergency. Laundry carts and/or other items were stacked in front of the electrical box(s) impeding the location and/or accessibility, thus exposing employees to electrical and/or other hazards associated with not having immediate access to the disconnect lever.
