29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about December 5, 2013, and at times prior thereto, two employees were observed working on a balcony edge with an unprotected side in residential construction without the use of fall protection equipment or an alternative fall protection plan, exposing employees to the hazards of falls greater than 6 feet or more to the ground.
