29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:   (a) On or about December 11, 2013 the inspection revealed that the employer did not ensure that the eyewash station cartridge was changed out at the frequency recommended by the manufacturer. Located at the southwest corner of the main logistics warehouse in building 6550 at 15300 SE Minuteman Road in Clackamas, Oregon.
