29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Located along various areas of the residential home structure sheeted second floor deck employees were observed performing stud wall erection and stairway placement associated operations adjacent to unprotected perimeter exterior and interior sides or edges without conventional fall protection systems or methods and were exposed to fall potentials in excess of 11. The Ramos Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 936532, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/21/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 4848 Redstone Dr. Hamilton, OH 45011.
