29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: At the jobsite located at 117515 Sunnybrook Blvd., Olathe KS: An employee engaged in window sealing activities from an eight foot Werner A-frame ladder was exposed to ladder collapse hazards in that the A-frame ladder was not set-up correctly prior to use.
