29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:  a. On or about December 11, 2013, an employee working underneath the rear porch was using the top step of a 6-foot stepladder while installing framing components, exposing himself to a fall hazard.  b. On or about December 11, 2013, an employee working inside the house was using the top step of a 6 -foot stepladder while installing framing components, exposing himself to a fall hazard.

Conin Framing Group, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 895671, citation 01, item number 01, issued on May 2, 2013, with respect to a workplace at 12934 Shirewood Lane, Jacksonville, Florida 32224. The final order date was June 11, 2013.    29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    a. On or about December 11, 2013, employees were using pneumatic air guns without the use of eye protection, exposing themselves to eye injuries from flying debris or nails.
