29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii)     a) At lot # 89, Vintage Circle, Smyrna, GA- The employer was using a fabricated frame scaffold while installing bricks, which was not fully planked, exposing the employees to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet 7 inches above ground level.

29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2): Frames and panels were not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, which would secure vertical members together laterally, and the cross braces were not of such length as would  automatically square.    a) At lot # 89, Vintage Circle, Smyrna, GA- The employer was using a fabricated frame scaffold while installing bricks, which was not fully braced, exposing the employees to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet 7 inches above ground level.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section.    a) At lot # 89, Vintage Circle, Smyrna, GA- Employees, installing bricks on a fabricated frame scaffold, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet 7 inches. Employees were not protected by guardrails or by personal fall arrest system.
