29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: Painting Tent: Employer did not develop a written Respiratory Protection Program for employees who were required to wear tight fitting half face respirators when spray painting steel beams for bridges. Employer did not provide correct filters for the organic vapors exposure during the spray operations. Employees had not been medically evaluated prior to use. Employees had not been fit tested prior to use.
