29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) Break room; on or about December 17, 2013 and times prior the employer failed to keep a table top free of lead. A wipe sample resulted in a lead concentration of 17.92 micrograms per 100cm2. b) Break room; on or about December 17, 2013 and times prior the employer failed to keep a refrigerator handle free of lead. A wipe sample resulted in a lead concentration of 14.23 micrograms per 100cm2.
