29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):   One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:   Worksite located at 1222 Sherwood Road, Norfolk, NE; Production Area:  The employees were observed working inside of the guarding of the 1 ml Luer Lock line without each exposed party being protected by some other method.  An automation technician had lockout out the automated arm in the process; however, this does not afford each exposed party the same level of protection in that the automation technician could remove the lock thereby exposing each production worker to the hazard of the moving machine.
