29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(B): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the working space did not permit at least a 90-degree opening of equipment doors or hinged panels: a. On or about March 10, 2014, in the syringe container manufacturing area, the 440-volt and 220-volt electrical switch panel had spare parts and molds stored 14-inches infront of the panels blocking access to the panels.
