Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.     On 12/18/2013, workers from Fisher and Frichtel were installing siding on the second story of a residential building located at 246 Cimarron Ridge Crossing, Wentzville, MO.  They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems. One employee was observed installing siding while on the roof of the building without fall protection, exposing him to fall to the ground below.
