29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer must submit to the Agency, along with the information on abatement certification required by paragraph (c)(3) of this section, documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  The employer failed to provide information documenting the correction of the following cited hazards:  a) Employees installing roof sheathing and fascia board at a height greater than six feet were not provided fall protection.  b) Employees using pneumatic power tools were not required to wear eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    On or about December 30, 2013, employees utilizing pneumatic power tools were doing so without eye protection.    Vosberg Construction was previously cited for a violation of this or its equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 313132128, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, Issued on 03/24/2010, and was affirmed final order on 03/29/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 825 Cheshire Castle Way Lot 56, Verona, WI 53593.
