As such, two GS Brito Contracting employees installing sheathing on the roof of a three story new construction residential structure without any form of fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard of over 30 feet from the roof's edge to the ground.  Observed on or about 12/26/2013.      NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
