29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:     a) On or about December 18, 2013, the employees were exposed to injuries from falls greater than 6 feet while engaged in roofing activities at 119 Avocet Dr., Colorado Springs, Co 80921    Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").    Moras Roofing dba 5 Star Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 922153, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 19, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 294 harvard Street Colorado Springs, Co 80907.    Luis Esparza-Mora dba Moras Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 714998, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 16, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 2920 Serendipity Circle, Colorado Springs, Co 80917.
