29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):  Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail systems, warning line system and safety net system, warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:     (a)  AVI, Inc. dba Jagger Roofing Company at 7500 Sheridan Blvd, Westminster, CO 80003:  On and before January 2, 2014 the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury, in that six employees installing EPDM on the flat roof of a one-story commercial building were not utilizing the required fall protection systems.  The roof had a parapet that ranged from 1 to 2 feet.  This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 17 feet to the asphalt parking lot below.      (b)  AVI, Inc. dba Jagger Roofing Company at 7500 Sheridan Blvd, Westminster, CO 80003:  On and before January 2, 2014 the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury, in that employees installing EPDM on the flat roof of a one-story commercial building were not utilizing fall protection systems.
