29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: Along the main entrance of the construction site, on or about January 08, 2014, two employees wearing body harnesses were exposed to the hazards of falls while working from two separate aerial lifts installing 2 inch aluminum panels onto the canopies without being attached to the basket with a lanyard.
