29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier, signal word, hazard statement(s), pictogram(s), precautionary statement(s) and name, address, and telephone number of the chemical manufacturer, importer, or other responsible party: (a) Lisby Pad Site, Alma, WV: On or about January 2, 2014 the permanent storage tanks at a gas well site that were used by Baker Hughes Oilfield Operations, Inc. employees to store flow back water and brine water were not labeled stating their contents and the hazard(s) associated with their contents. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED.
